On our e-commerce the security of transactions is certified by the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protection system.

Terms of payment

Any payment by the customer can only be made using one of the methods indicated on the le-gioie.it website

  • PayPal
  • Credit cards and prepaid
  • Bank transfer
  • Klarna (Payment in 3 installments without interest)
  • Cash on delivery (ITALY only)


PayPal and Credit Cards

The amount of the order will be debited from the account Paypal of the customer after confirmation of the order by Le Gioie srl (from now on simply Le Gioie). The delivery of the product will be carried out after the verification of the crediting of the purchase price in the PayPal account of Le Gioie. Any refunds to the customer will be made by Le Gioie always on the PayPal account. For each transaction made, a confirmation email will be sent from PayPal.

This procedure is also transposed for other electronic payment methods

Advance Bank Transfer

In case of payment by bank transfer in advance, the execution of the delivery of what the customer ordered will be kept suspended until the amount due has been credited to the Le Gioie bank account. The transfer must be made by the customer within three working days of receiving the e-mail certifying the receipt of the order and the customer must provide proof of the transfer order by sending a copy to Le Gioie by e-mail to the address info@le-gioie.it

 The crediting of the amount transferred to the Le Gioie account must take place within eight working days of receiving the e-mail certifying the receipt of the order. If one of the aforementioned terms has expired in vain, the order will be automatically canceled and will not be processed.

For completeness, i useful data to make the payment by bank transfer (these data will also be visible in the order summary after making it).

Klarna

Klarna is an innovative payment method that allows the customer to buy in online stores, receive the products immediately and pay in 3 convenient equal installments with monthly expiration.

The service has no additional costs for the customer if the installments are paid by the due date.

At the time of purchase, the first installment (equal to one third of the total purchase value) will be charged immediately.
The next 2 installments will be charged on a monthly basis.

First installment : at the time of purchase
Second installment : 1 month from the day of purchase
Third and last installment : 2 months from the day of purchase
